Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds


  • Time Frame: Customers may request a return or refund within 3 to 4 working days of the delivery date. This timeframe aligns with common practices in Pakistan for online retail.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories still attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation email is required to process any return or refund.



2. Items Not Eligible for Return


  • Final Sale Items: Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Used or Damaged Products: We cannot accept returns for products that show visible signs of wear and tear, or that have been damaged after delivery.
  • Personalised Items: Products that are custom-made or personalized for you are not eligible for return.



3. Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. We highly recommend using a traceable delivery service (e.g., a courier service with a tracking number) and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. This may take up to 3 to 4 working days



4. Refunds


  • Refund Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or a message to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing the Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or a bank transfer will be initiated, within 3 to 4working days business days.
  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.



5. TikTok Shop Policy Alignment


This policy is designed to align with TikTok's return and refund guidelines for sellers. We will handle all return and refund requests through our designated process as required by the TikTok Shop platform. Key points to remember from TikTok's policy are:

  • A customer can submit a return/refund request within 15 calendar days after the package is marked as "Delivered."
  • Sellers are expected to review and respond to return requests in a timely manner.
  • For returns due to seller error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
